Description

ZJ-666 Neutral Silicone mildew proofing Sealant is a one part, neutral curing sealant specifically designed for the sealing of sanitary fittings,including baths,showers,sinks,urinals and ceramic tile joints. It is mildew and fungus resistant.

Characteristic

a. Can be easily used and extruded any time.

b. Superior mildew-proofing, keep pleasing to the eyes and sanitary in conditions of dark and high humidity.

c. Excellent contact change and extrusion ability, in any air temperature (-40to 100) can extrude easily.

d. Excellent adhesion to most building materials.

e. Outstanding weatherproofing ability, Excellent tensile and compression restoring ability.

F. Neutral curing, no corrosive to stone, ceramics, concrete, metal and glazing glass, etc. Over come the weakness of acetic sealants (normal glass sealants) erodes the materials.

Where to use

ZJ-666 is fit for fixing up and sealing all kinds of kitchen utensil and sanitary equipment with weatherproofing and mildew proofing, like baths, showers, sinks, urinals and ceramic tile joints. Joint sealing to glass, marble and aluminum plate curtain wall; Fix up all kinds of glass door and window; Application for automotive, ship, packaging advertisement and family decoration.

Use limitations

ZJ-666 is not fit for structural usage. It should NOT be applied in the following conditions:

a. To all materials that bleed oils, plasticizers or solvents, and green or partially sulfur zed gaskets or tapes, etc.

b. In totally confined space (Silicone sealant need the water in the air to cure)

c. For continuous immersion in water or below-grade applications all the year.

d. To painted surfaces, may cause seal failure as the paint cracking or paint stripping

e. To frost laden or wet surfaces

f. Surface touch the food directly

g. Easily suffer mechanical clash.

Material feature

ZJ-666 can keep good viscous degree and can easily extrude at -25^oC to 50^oC; it has an excellent compatibility with reflect glass, doubling glass, silicone hollow glass, acrylic acid, polythene and etc.

Colors

ZJ-666 is available in four standard colors: white, black, and grey, brown. We can also supply the other color according to the customer's requirement.

Packing

300ml plastic cartridges, 24 cartridges per carton.

Storage and usable life

When stored under dry and airy, 27^oC or lower temperature conditions in the original unopened container, ZJ-666 has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.

Handling precautions

This paper doesn't include MSDS for product. It should be notified:

1. Not contact sealant with food or cosmetics;

2. Not contact skin for long time about uncured sealant;

3. Rinse eyes with large quantities of water and seek medical check if sealant drops into eyes.

4. Not put sealant at children's reach.
