Description

ZJ-701 fireproofing Silicone Sealant is a one-part, neutral curing ,fire-rated silicone sealant. It has an excellent adhesive ability to most construction materials without a primer.

Characteristic

It has Good features as follow:

a. Can be easily used and extruded any time.

b. Excellent thixotropic and extrusion ability, in any air temperature( -40^oC to 100^oC) can extrude easily.

c. Neutral cure, no corrosive to most structural materials.

d. When meet flame, it will not help to burn.

Where to use

It has excellent unprimed adhesion to a range of common construction substrates including stone,steel masonry,brick,wood,etc. It is ideal for weather-sealing of curtain walling, building facades and expansion joints where a fire rating is required. It is also suitable for use in penetration sealing systems where pipes and cables pass throug fire rated structures.

Use limitations

ZJ-701 is not fit for structural usage. It should NOT be applied in the following conditions:

a. To all materials that bleed oils, plasticizers or solvents, and green or partially sulfur zed gaskets or tapes, etc.

b. In totally confined space (Silicone sealant need the water in the air to cure)

c. For continuous immersion in water or below-grade applications all the year.

d. To painted surfaces, may cause seal failure as the paint cracking or paint stripping

e. To frost-laden or wet surfaces

f. Surface touch the food directly

g. Easily suffer mechanical wear.

Material feature

ZJ-701 can keep good viscous degree and can easily extrusion at 25^oC~50^oC.

300ml plastic cartridges, 24 cartridges per carton.

Colors

ZJ-701 is available in 4 standard colors: white, black, gray, brown. We can also supply the other color according to the customer's requirement.

Storage and usable life

When stored at dry and airy, 27^oC or lower temperature conditions in the original unopened container, ZJ-701 fireproofing Silicone Sealant has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.

Handling precautions

This paper doesn't include MSDS for product. It should be notified:

1. Not contact sealant with food or cosmetics;

2. Not contact skin for long time about uncured sealant;

3. Rinse eyes with large quantities of water and seek medical check if sealant drops into eyes.

4. Not put sealant at children's reach.
