Description

ZJ-2000 Silicone Weatherproofing sealant is a one-part, neutral-cure, architectural grade sealant specifically designed for general glazing and weathersealing in curtainwall and building facade.It easily extrudes in a wide rang weather condition and quickly cures at room temperature by reaction with moisture in the air to form a excellent , durable, flexible silicone rubber seal.

Characteristic

A.Easily use and can be extruded in any time.

B.Neutral cure-suitable for use on most construction materials.

C.Excellent adhesion to most construction materials without the primmer.

D.Excellent weatherability, virtually unaffected by sunlight, rain, snow, ozone or temperature extremes.

E.Low modulus sealant.

F.Extension/compression movement capability of up to ±50% of the original joint width.

Where to use

ZJ-2000 is especially designed for general glazing and weathersealing in curtainwall and building facades. It is suitable for glazing weatherproofing movement joint and sealing the joints of the non-structural curtainwall. It can form a waterproofing sealed layer to many kinds of glasses, coated aluminum, decorative metal board, tile, and granite without primmer.
