Detailed Product Description
ZJ-301 is a one-part, solvent-free, fog-free, unsulfurized, permanent plastic first sealant based on polyisobutyl for insulating glass. JS-301 keeps plastic and sealing over a wide temperature range and not crack and harden for sealant surface. It has good adhesion to glass, aluminum alloy, zinc plating steel, stainless steel and etc. It could form an excellent humid proof system with elastic sealant.
Where to use
ZJ-301 is mainly used for insulating glass together with zhijiang's ZJ-998 two-part polysulfide and ZJ-8000 two-part silicone structural sealant, or ZJ-997 two-part silicone sealant for insulating glass to finish two layer seal.
Application
Clean and dry adhesion surface to get rid of dirty, oily things. ZJ-301 is applied by special hot-melt butyl extrusion machine. The extrusion condition could be satisfied through temperature and pressure adjustment, for example temperature could be adjusted over the range of 100∼130. The environment temperature should not be lower than 10 in application.
