Description
Zhijiang ZJ-225 Neutral Silicone Sealants is a one-part, medial modulus, neutral curing sealant. It has an excellent adhesive ability to most construction materials without a primer.
Characteristic
a. Can be easily used and extruded any time.
b. Excellent contact change and extrusion ability, in any air temperature( -40 to 100) can extrude easily.
c. Excellent adhesion to stone, ceramics, concrete, and other building materials. It has no pollution to porous materials.
d. Outstanding weatherproofing ability, resisting to ultraviolet ray, ozone.
e. Be compatible with all kinds of silicone structural sealant.
Use limitations
ZJ-225 is not fit for structural usage. It should NOT be applied in the following conditions:
a. To all materials that bleed oils, plasticizers or solvents, and green or partially sulfur zed gaskets or tapes, etc.
b. In totally confined space (Silicone sealant need the water in the air to cure)
c. For continuous immersion in water or below-grade applications all the year.
d. To painted surfaces, may cause seal failure as the paint cracking or paint stripping
e. To frost or wet surfaces
f. Surface touch the food directly
g. Easily suffer mechanical clash.

Storage and usable life
When stored under dry and airy, 27 oC or lower temperature conditions in the original unopened container.ZJ-225 has a shelf life of 9 months from the date of manufacture.

Material feature
ZJ-225 can keep good viscous degree and can easily extrude at -25oC to 50oC.
Handling precautions
This paper doesn't include MSDS for product. It should be notified:
1. Not contact sealant with food or cosmetics;
2. Not contact skin for long time about uncured sealant;
3. Rinse eyes with large quantities of water and seek medical check if sealant drops into eyes.
4. Not put sealant at children's reach.
